een artikel over „Motorisation de l'armée
Meer in het bijzonder worden de middelen om deze te verwerkelijken
besproken waarbij vooral de questie van de motorbrandstof op den voor
grond komt.
De schrijver stelt de volgende vérgaande conclusie:
„Conclusion Sans motorisation, pas de manoeuvre possible a 1 heure
actuelle.
Or, la manoevie est le moyen dont le stratège dispose pour prendre barre
sur l'ennemila manoeuvre initiale oriente même, en genera!, dëfini-
tivement la guerre.
La nation qui consacrera a la motorisation de son armee les millions
au'une autre dépensera a prolonger l'existence d'une cavalerie desormais
inutile et a conserver a l'artillerie des attelages condamnes a 1 asphyxie
sur le champ de bataille, cette nation aura sur l'autre, au jour de la guerre,
des avantapes incalculables."
Verder brengt dit nummer het slot van „Analyse dun ouviage allemand
sur la guerre chimique". Bedoeld wordt het boek van Dr. R. Hansliau en
Fr. Bergendorff.
De chef d'escadron J. Hériard-Dubreuil bespreekt:
Méthodes et appareils élémentaires d'orientation astronomique terwijl
capitaine J. Courbis zijn artikel over: „Précision des transports de tirpar
la méthode du dV0." beëindigt.
Voorts geeft de redactie: „Deux notes sur le reglage par observation
unilatérale", resp. van R. Bataille en J. Chanzy.
